All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Orders placed between 4 PM and 5 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
We use Royal Mail Postal Service and DPD for deliveries. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The shipping rate is determined by the weight of your products and your location. If an item is on backorder, we will ship the available part of your order immediately. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for back-ordered items.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of £29.99 or more within the contiguous United Kingdom. A flat rate of £5.99 applies to orders under £20 for UK addresses. (Effective from May 5, 2021).
For international orders, a flat rate shipping fee applies, and the final cost will be calculated at checkout.
